Greeting Residents,Its been some time since you heard from us. Eager to know why the short disappearance of our youth club?? ahha~ Its time a new batch of youth step up as EXCO members! YES! A new vibrant 21 youth members has finally take their place as EXCO members on the 23rd October'09 with the ending of the 10th term Biennial General Meeting (BGM). With a new group of youth leading us, we will sure to strive for greater success.
Wanna give some comment/feedback on our blogsite? Now is your chance. Feel up your comment under feedback and send it to us. If you want to be a volunteer just like our 21 youth leaders, write to us as well. Be sure to get a reply from us.

LISTEN UP CHILDREN!!
Here is another big MEGA event just for YOU! YOU! YOU!
Fascinated about glooming horses?? hmm . What about seeing crocodile and holding their hard skin in your hands?? Sound interesting isn't it?? Come on down to our next upcoming event.
Wondering what's the different between last year's and this year visit?? Lets recall what we have last year. Pony feeding/Pony riding/Educational tour on crocodile farm visit.
This year SPECIAL!! Beside pony feeding and pony riding, we have a special session on pony glooming. Kids will have a chance to brush the soft hair on the pony and get to see how a pony is "dress" and get ready for riding. Sound fun? Lets read on.
A new special treat for crocodile farm visit this year is that YOU get a chance to take picture with the crocodile. Sound normal? hmm . but this time you get to take the picture with the crocodile just inch apart from your face. WOW! You are right! You will have a chance to carry the crocodile and take picture with it. Feeling insecure?? Don't worry. It is totally safe with the crocodile mouth tied up and with the person in charge by your side to guide you.
~ahem . I seem to have forgotten the detail. Here you go.

She gave birth to us .She protected us right from the day we see this world .
She guided us in our life journey .

She is none other than our MOTHER!!
hmm . today is a special occasion for all mother.. Its a day we thank her for all the care she given us as her children. Wishing all mothers, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Our Blood Donation Drive'09 is finally over! Although its the swine flu (H1N1), the flow of the donor didn't stop. However, this time round for our event, in prevention of the swine flu, all donor has to have their temperature taken and wear a face mask before entering the hall. This apply to all our volunteer as well.
Nevertheless, it just goes to show how prepare Singapore are towards the newly and deadly virus. As the "owner" of this blog, I apologise for not posting up more event photos in this blog due to some technical fault. However, if YOU really are interested in our events photo, we have it uploaded in our YEC multiply.
hmm . before I end this post, I would like to thank all voluntee, helpers and donor who help to make this event a success and to save many and many more lives. THANK YOU!!

We DID it again!!Our roadshow this year was once again held in Yishun underpass tunnel towards Northpoint. Although its a busy saturday, we still manage to grab some donors to registrate with us. Its just goes to show how helpful our Singaporean are.

Nee Soon East Community Club Youth Group was formed in 1991. She is one of the 98 youth groups under the People's Association umbrella. For the past fifteen years, it has been actively pursuing the goals and objectives of the People Association Youth Movement (PAYM). The youth group is managed by the Youth Executive Committee (YEC) which is made up of 24 members. The 9th Biannual General Meeting for the Nee Soon East YEC has been held in September 2007 and a new and vibrant committee has been formed.
Since it was formed in 1992, the Nee Soon East Youth Group has been engaging youth with different interest through its wide variety of activities. Thus, it has earned her a 3rd place in the PAYM Youth Group award and the most improved Youth Group award in the year 2008.
Currently, the team is headed by Mr Eric Woon, the chairperson of Nee Soon East CC Youth Group. The YEC has under Eric leadership, organised many major events, such as the International Junior Art Exchange Exhibition where art pieces from six countries were exhibited in the Nee Soon East CC, and the Pet Adoption Carnival jointly organised with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals (SPCA), where the adoption of SPCA pets were held for the first time outside its premises.
Coupled with the motivation of maintaining the awards/credits that we earned, the Youth Group is ready to take on bigger responsibility and soar to greater heights.
